Kada mi je potrebno nešto brzo za užinu obično gricnem ovsene pločice ili Bariline krekere sa maslinama uz šolju jogurta. Ako i vi volite isto onda ćete voleti i ovu moju izmišljotinu . :) Ovsene pločice sa ruzmarinom i maslinama , idealan spoj moja dva omiljena snack-a.
Potrebno je :
80 gr ovsenih pahuljica
120 gr brašna od celog zrna
1/4 kafene kašičice sode bikarbone
1/4 kafene kašičice praška za pecivo
1 supena kašika maslinovog ulja
10 grama istopljenog putera
1/4 kafene kašičice soli
5 crnih maslina
100 ml mlake vode
1 supena kašika sveže seckanog ruzmarina ili 2 kafene suvog ruzmarina
po želji za ukrasavanje : krupna morska so, mali izdanci ruzmarina i crne maslina iseckane na kolutiće

Takodje možete ih čašom seći u obliku kruga i redjati na peko papir u pleh.
Ako želite da ih ukrasite, na svaki komad dodajte po kolutić masline i par listića ruzmarina i odozgo malo krupne morske soli i lagano ih utisnite rukom ili oklagijom u testo.
Pecite na 180°C 20 minuta na sredini rerne ako volite hrskavije kao ja. Vreme pečenja će zavisiti od debljine krekera i vašeg ukusa. Ja volim tanke i hrskave kao što su kupovne ovsene pločice .

Olive and rosemary oat crackers
When you need something quick and crunchy to snack on, these crackers are a healthy choice. They are wafer thin and made with rolled oats, whole grain flour, black olives , rosemary and olive oil.
Ingredients :
80 grams rolled oats
120 gr whole grain flour
5 black olives, chopped
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
10 grams melted butter
100 gr water
1 tbsp fresh chopped or 2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp fresh chopped or 2 tsp dried rosemary
For topping:
Sea salt, small fresh rosemary branches , black olives (cut into a circles)
Mix oats ,flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and chopped fresh or dried rosemary. Add water, oil and melted butter and mix well.Mix until the dough comes together.At the end add chopped olives. Cover dough with plastic foil and let rest for 30 minutes in the freezer. After that, roll the dough to about 2 millimeter thickness and cut into desired shapes. Top with black olives, sea salt and rosemary.
Bake at 180°C until the crackers start turning
brown, about 20 minutes.
